Scott Brooks, Operations Manager
Originally from California, Scott Brooks brings over 28 years of experience in the printing industry, with a strong background in digital and offset production, graphic design, and client-focused project execution. He has built his career on attention to detail, reliability, and delivering high-quality print solutions across a wide range of applications .
Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with family on the water, reflecting his laid-back yet driven approach to both life and business.
Jason Olson, Owner
Jason has resided in Naples for over 30 years.
Prior to purchasing Naples Print Source, Jason worked in real estate and was a Human Resource consultant helping companies maximize the “people side” of their operations. At Naples Print Source, Jason focuses on sales, business development, and general day-to-day operations.
When Jason isn't working, he's on the golf course still trying to snag that “hole in one.” On Saturdays you can find him watching the Cornhuskers, or out boating enjoying the beautiful coastal waters in SW Florida.
Jan Kindl, Owner
Jan is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 30 years of business ownership experience. Prior to acquiring Naples Print Source, she built her career in the technology sector, leading business transformation projects for Fortune 2000 companies. With a focus on Organizational Change Management (OCM) for SAP implementations, she helped organizations successfully navigate large-scale system and process transformations.
At Naples Print Source, Jan operates at a strategic level: guiding business direction, identifying growth opportunities, and expanding service offerings based on emerging industry trends.
She holds a BS in Business & Psychology from Elmhurst University and an MBA from DeVry University.
Outside of work, Jan enjoys kayaking through the mangroves and attending live music events at local venues. While she embraces the Florida lifestyle, she remains a loyal fan of the Chicago Cubs.
